I was a burning knot of fury when I went to my Alexander technique lesson this morning. By the end of the class I was calm again, and everything felt so much more tangible. It’s like magic. And I don’t get RSI anymore.

    Alexander technique’s been brilliant for me anyway, so I’d whole heartedly recommend it… I’ll even find out who teaches it in Oslo if you’re serious, Eirik 🙂 But it’s hard to explain verbally and it costs 400 kr a lesson…

    And kunstkritikk? Well, it’s so cool they want to use MoveableType 🙂
