Agenda

  1. Probe the media. Experiment, miscengate, transgress boundaries. Resist propositions of unity or necessity -- especially your own.

  2. Exploit the word as image, the image as word. Realize that cybertext is animated by a dynamic balance of possibility and selection, array and sequence.

  3. Project a world. A "world taken as real?" A world of "modally appropriate interactions?" Or a world surreal, unreal, and totally inappropriate.

  4. Explore space. Think in multiple dimensions. Create volume and extensiveness; and do not forget the spaces between.

  5. Remember it's all a game. Over the last 25 years, "serious" writing has become largely joyless. Maintain your joy. If you can't have fun, make fun... of something...
